If you haven't found a device that could beat a Galaxy S 4's specifications, this might be your chance to put an S 4's specs to shame.  Enter the Galaxy Note 3 in all its glorious (and rumored!) specs.

According to "reports", the Galaxy Note 3 will feature the same Exynos 5 Octa core used on the Galaxy S 4.  This is made up of two sets of quad-core A15 and A7 chips that clock in at 2.0 and 1.7 GHz, respectively, to handle various levels of tasks.  It will have 32GB built-in memory (yup!) a 3GB RAM, and will run on the latest Android Jelly Bean.

According to MyDrivers, which is the source of the report  on Android Authority, the Note 3 could be available as early as June.  One small detail that could change your mind, however, is that the model number used to describe the Note 3 is I9500, which is actually the number used by Samsung to indicate the international Galaxy S 4.  Whether or not it is a new S 4 variant or the much-awaited Note 3, it will surely steal the limelight from the current best device on the market.
